The Willson Software is a stress measurement tool. Stress levels are measured through the calculation of the users RMSSD. The RMSSD value is obtained by detecting the users heartbeat via the front camera. The subject places the phone flat on a smooth surface and then rests their index finger on the front camera. The measurement is valid precisely because the phone is still, as is the subjects hand. This procedure allows employees not only to understand their personal stress levels but also to identify critical work-related areas that generate stress, including the relationship between the user and their tasks, manager, and colleagues, as well as workplace motivation. Willson combines behavioral and psychophysiological measures to help workers identify and manage stressful situations in the workplace, using an interactive tree-like path and feedback mechanism. Additionally, Willson aims to assist companies and organizations by providing corporate wellness data and aiding in training needs analysis by aggregating individual user data.

Specifically, the Willson Software operates through four phases of work:
- Measurement of personal balance level in the absence of work-related stimuli (BASELINE).
- Induction of work-related stimuli by compiling and computing the personal work to-do list and measuring Heart Rate Variability (SETUP).
- Activation of guided meditation to curb, limit, or eliminate stress in case of deviation from the baseline by 30% (TASK).
- Measurement of stress after the TASK phase and optimization of the baseline (RECOVERY).

The two main outputs are:
- Stress value expressed as a percentage (relative to the baseline), both at an individual and aggregated level.
- Collection of issues causing the most stress, both at an individual and aggregated level.
